Duties
Develop and design unique menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills in food preparation and handling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with restaurant management to create a positive dining experience for guests.
Assist in bartending duties as needed, contributing to a well-rounded service experience.
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among kitchen staff.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.

Familiarity with restaurant management practices, including inventory control and cost management.
