Experience
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service management.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling ingredients.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Exigences
Experience confirmee comme Sous-chef ou dans un role similaire en restauration ou hotellerie.
Solide experience en preparation culinaire, techniques de cuisson et gestion d'un service alimentaire.
Experience en supervision avec capacite a diriger et motiver efficacement une equipe.
Connaissance des normes de salubrite et bonnes pratiques en gestion des aliments.
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et souci du detail.
Capacite a travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique tout en maintenant des standards eleves de qualite.
Une experience en gestion de restaurant est un atout.
