What You'll Do
Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation and service.
Lead, coach, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to food safety standards.
Manage ordering, inventory, and cost control to meet operational goals.
Support menu planning, catering, and special event execution.
Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Handle guest or event feedback promptly and professionally.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Lead Cook.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Culinary certification or equivalent work experience preferred.
