Duties

Coordinate with the catering and banquet teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of large-scale events.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to health codes and sanitation standards.
Support food service management by ensuring smooth shift operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements
Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams effectively.
Extensive banquet experience with the ability to coordinate large-scale catering events seamlessly.
Knowledge of dietary department standards and specialized food handling procedures.
Strong skills in food production, menu planning, inventory control, and food safety practices.
Hands-on experience with food service management including shift management and restaurant operations.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Familiarity with culinary techniques across various cuisines; bartending experience is a plus.
