We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.
Supervise and train kitchen personnel in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ensure that all food is prepared according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials.
Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring timely service and quality control.
Handle any issues or complaints that arise during service in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
Experience in restaurant management with an emphasis on team management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
