We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards. This position requires strong leadership abilities, a passion for cooking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties



Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and food ordering. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain consistency across dishes. Address any issues that arise in the kitchen promptly and effectively.

Experience



Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Supervising experience is preferred, with demonstrated leadership skills in managing kitchen teams. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.

Pay: From $18.04 per hour
