Responsibilities

Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Ensure that all food is prepared according to safety and hygiene standards.
Help develop new menu items and seasonal offerings that align with customer preferences.
Coordinate banquet services and catering events, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals.
Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations.
