About the Role

As a Source Systems Specialist I, you'll design and maintain study-specific source forms and provide front-line support for our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). What You'll Do

Develop and maintain study-specific source forms to ensure accurate and efficient data collection. Program and update source forms in the CTMS system based on study protocols and company standards. Support CTMS users via phone, email, or web, resolving issues or escalating when needed. Stay current on CTMS system releases and enhancements. Collaborate with study teams to gather documents and ensure smooth study builds from startup to closeout. Actively participate in meetings, team discussions, and department initiatives.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Have an Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) and are eager to grow your expertise in clinical research systems. Enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting, especially when it comes to technology and data collection tools. Are comfortable learning and working in systems like CTMS and can adapt as new releases or updates roll out. Bring strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in everything you build or maintain.
