Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soudure de Harnais (Harness soldering) technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves precise soldering of electrical harnesses and components, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience in harness soldering, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform soldering of electrical wire harnesses according to technical specifications and blueprints Inspect completed solder for quality, consistency, and compliance with safety standards Assemble and route wiring harnesses accurately within specified timeframes Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot issues as they arise Follow all safety procedures and quality control measures throughout the soldering process

Experience

Proven experience in harness soldering or similar electrical assembly roles Knowledge of electrical wiring standards and wiring diagrams is preferred Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately Familiarity with soldering tools, techniques, and safety protocols Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality assurance skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
