Responsabilites principales :
Aider a la production generale, y compris le soudage, le decoupage et le meulage de pieces en acier
Souder des composants en positions plate, horizontale, verticale ou en hauteur, selon les certifications CWB
Souder ou boulonner des sections ensemble
Tracer les points de reference et les motifs
Assembler et souder les pieces
Creer des motifs et des gabarits
Assembler et ajuster des plaques et des sections pour former des structures
Etudier les dessins techniques et les plans, determiner les materiaux necessaires et planifier la sequence des taches pour travailler efficacement
Manutentionner, soulever et deplacer les materiaux vers les zones de stockage ou a l'interieur du site de travail
Installer les composants fabriques dans le produit final
Effectuer des taches generales d'entrepot
Ce poste se situe principalement dans un environnement de fabrication
Capacite a exceller au sein d'une equipe
Formation et competences requises :
Diplome de secondaire 5, ou equivalent
Experience prealable en soudage requise
Experience prealable dans l'utilisation d'equipements de decoupe a flamme manuels ou semi-automatiques, ainsi que d'equipements de soudage manuels et semi-automatiques
Soudeur certifie CWB ou certificat d'equivalence reconnu
Capacite a accomplir plusieurs taches de maniere rapide et efficace
Capacite a organiser et coordonner le travail avec une supervision minimale
Capacite a lire des specifications de procedes de soudage et des dessins detailles
Capacite a operer les grues a ponts electriques
Experience en elingage consideree comme un atout
Capacite a soulever en toute securite jusqu'a 50 lb du niveau du sol au niveau de la taille
Doit etre legalement autorise a travailler au Canada

Principle Responsibilities
Assisting with general production including welding, cutting, and grinding of steel parts
Weld components in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions as certified by CWB
Weld or bolt sections together
Lay out reference points and patterns
Fit and weld parts together
Construct patterns and templates
Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures
Study engineering drawings and blueprints, determine the materials required, and plan the sequence of tasks to work efficiently
Rig, hoist and move materials to storage areas or within worksite
Install fabricated components in final product
General warehouse duties
This position is primarily based in a manufacturing atmosphere
Able to excel in a team environment
Education and Skills Required:
Completion of Grade 12 diploma, or equivalent
Previous Welding Experience is required
Previous experience operating manual or semi-automatic flame cutting equipment, manual and semi-automatic welding equipment.
Qualified CWB welder or equivalent certificate of qualification
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Must be capable of organizing and coordinating work with minimal supervision
Must be able to read welding process specifications and detailed drawings.
Ability to operate the electric overhead cranes
Experience with rigging considered an asset.
Able to safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
