Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Sou-Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and an understanding of various cooking techniques, particularly grilling., and butchering . This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality meals in a timely manner.

Duties



Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items,and non grilled items , ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Maintain cleanliness and organization ,including proper storage of food items. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.

Skills



Experience in food preparation, particularly grilling techniques Excellent communication skills, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times. Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control. A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

Qualifications



Solid experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service Proficiency in food handling and food safety protocols Previous experience in the food industry and hospitality sector
