Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and any relevant medical history. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required for entry-level positions. Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for understanding client needs and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals. Strong customer service skills are essential for building rapport with clients and ensuring their comfort during sessions. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing any concerns clients may have.
