Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Technical Avaya Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Avaya Specialist, you will be part of the team supporting the Government of Canada. The ideal candidate will have secret clearance level 2, 5 years of experience in Avaya minimum, and must be organized and able to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Technical Avaya SpecialistLocation: Montreal, QC (Remote)What\'s the Job?

  • Perform programming in System Manager and CM\xe2\x80\x99s to create/change new Avaya SIP/analog/digital devices.
  • Perform programming in PBX and CM systems to complete migration of WCS end users to the new Avaya platform.
  • Prepare Station Reviews for new WCS sites (Extract programming from PBX, convert files, and populate appropriate information).
  • Update Station Reviews based on SSC input, and maintain Station Review updates (including changes, adds migrations, and porting dates) throughout migration process until Day 2 handoff.
  • Analyze and resolve Snag tickets as required.
What\'s Needed?
  • Secret clearance level 2
  • 5 years experience in Avaya minimum
  • Must be organized, multitasking
  • Avaya certifications (Nice-to-Have)
  • Bilingual (Nice-to-Have)
