Job Summary:





We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Analyst to join our IT Applications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing requests and solution delivery with our various Business Units (BUs). This role requires strong collaboration with BU Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure strong adherence to established processes. The Candidate will actively participate in designing solutions, serving as the cornerstone of technical solution design. Additionally, the Solutions Analyst will participate in improving our strategic project alignment with our IT contributors and partners.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:





Innovation and Problem-Solving



Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Tackle complex challenges and develop strategies that make a tangible difference.

Collaboration and Leadership



Host and facilitate committees to lead discussions, influence decisions, and foster collaboration among diverse teams. Prioritize and manage support tickets to ensure critical issues are addressed efficiently, contributing to operational excellence.

Strategic Impact



Support strategic alignment to contribute to the long-term vision and success of the organization. Provide technical guidance in efficiency programs to optimize resources and drive continuous improvement, significantly impacting the company's growth and performance. Actively participate in technical solution design.

Automation, Analytics, and AI (AAA) Projects



Engage in automation, analytics, and AI projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AAA projects. Transform Business Units' operations through technology-driven innovation.

Support Tickets & New Requests Management



Collaborate with BU SMEs to ensure adherence to support processes. Prioritize tickets and service requests based on business needs. Host and facilitate various committees to discuss support processes and priorities. Manage, track progress and follow up on assigned tickets/requests. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and service requests.




Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in: +

Strong IT Knowledge and Business Acumen:

Proven ability to understand and integrate IT solutions with business strategies to drive organizational success.

Supporting and Managing Strategic IT Projects

: Experience in overseeing and executing IT initiatives that align with strategic goals.
+

Communication and Collaboration Skills:

Exceptional ability to convey technical information clearly and work effectively with diverse teams.

Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities:

Adept at identifying issues, analyzing data, and implementing effective solutions.
+

Experience in AI, Automation and Analytics Tools:

Proficiency in using AAA tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, Power Automate and Power BI to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Proven experience in supporting Business Units + Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of processes. + Translate requirements into Statement of Work.
+ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Ramco).
+ Experience in hosting and facilitating committees.
+ Experience in Requests Management and/or Project Management.




Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:





Position requires Controlled Goods Clearance and Level 2 Secret Clearance.
