We are seeking a highly driven

Senior Solution Sales Executive

to lead enterprise sales efforts for

SAP Signavio

in the Canadian market. This role focuses on selling cutting-edge

business process management transformation and process mining solutions

, helping organizations transform business processes rapidly and at scale. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding annual revenue and booking quotas by identifying, developing, and retaining new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales of

SAP Signavio software solutions

to new customers, as well as upselling additional services. Develop and execute an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for the assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities through

prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging partner relationships

. Develop sales strategies that align with prospect business needs and SAP's value proposition. Manage the full sales cycle, including

qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals

. Maintain a high level of weekly face-to-face or virtual prospect meetings. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure successful product demonstrations and client engagements. Maintain deep knowledge of

SAP solutions, competitive landscape, and industry trends

. Use effective time and territory management to maximize sales results. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through strong relationship management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

business, technology, or a related field

.

5+ years of experience

in enterprise sales, specifically selling

SaaS/cloud-based solutions

. Proven track record in selling

business process management, process mining, or enterprise applications

. Experience in

business transformation management

and working with C-level executives. Strong expertise in navigating

complex sales cycles

.

Fluency in English and French is mandatory

. Extensive knowledge and experience in the Canadian

enterprise software market

.

Strong ability to

identify, qualify, and close new business

opportunities. Demonstrated experience in

developing and executing sales and marketing strategies

. Experience with

direct and reseller sales channels

. Ability to

accurately forecast revenue

RESPONSIBILITIES





Achieve sales objectives primarily through selling SAP Signavio software solutions to new customers and also through sales of additional services to new customers Develops and maintains an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for assigned territory Develops sales strategies that link prospect's business drivers to SAP Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close Consistently maintains a reasonable number of new weekly face-to-face prospect meetings Work with pre-sales team when technical or product support is required Effectively demonstrates and presents SAP solutions to qualified prospects Demonstrate and maintain a high level of knowledge about SAP products and services Demonstrate and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position Use effective time and territory management to maximize results.




POSITION REQUIREMENTS





Degree in a business or technical related area of study Minimum of 5 years' experience selling SaaS/ Cloud solution, quota carrying role. Experience selling business process management and enterprise applications Business Transformation Management experience Expertise dealing with complex sales cycle French native level and English language fluency is mandatory Mandatory knowledge and extensive exposure of the local region

Successful experience identifying, qualifying, and closing new business Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans Demonstrated knowledge of software direct and reseller sales channels Strong knowledge of industry travel and entertainment products Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue. aupres de nouveaux clients, tout en assurant la vente incitative de services complementaires. Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre un plan efficace en matiere de developpement commercial, de ventes et de marketing pour le territoire qui lui est confie. Identifier les opportunites de vente au moyen

du demarchage, de la prise de contact spontanee, du reseautage et de l'exploitation des relations partenaires

. Elaborer des strategies de vente en adequation avec les besoins du client potentiel et la proposition de valeur SAP. Gerer l'integralite du cycle de vente, notamment

la qualification, l'analyse des besoins, la demonstration des produits, la negociation et la conclusion des affaires

. Tenir un nombre eleve de reunions hebdomadaires avec les clients potentiels, en face a face ou virtuellement. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes techniques et d'avant-vente pour assurer la reussite des demonstrations de produits et des engagements client. Maintenir une connaissance approfondie

des solutions SAP, de l'environnement concurrentiel et des tendances du secteur

. Gerer le temps et le territoire de maniere efficace pour optimiser les resultats commerciaux. Garantir la satisfaction du client et sa conservation sur la duree a travers la gestion de relations de qualite.

Exigences :



Baccalaureat en

commerce, informatique ou dans un domaine d'etude similaire

Au moins 5 ans d'experience

dans la vente aux entreprises, et plus precisement dans la vente de

solutions SaaS ou infonuagiques

. Experience averee dans la vente

d'applications de gestion des processus metier, d'exploration des processus ou d'applications d'entreprise

. Experience en

gestion de la transformation operationnelle

et collaboration avec les hauts dirigeants. Solide expertise de la gestion des

RESPONSABILITES





Atteindre les objectifs de vente a travers deux axes essentiels : la vente de solutions logicielles SAP Signavio a de nouveaux clients et la vente de services complementaires dans ce cadre-la. Elaborer et tenir a jour un plan efficace en matiere de developpement commercial, de ventes et de marketing pour le territoire qui lui est confie. Elaborer des strategies de vente faisant le lien entre les elements moteurs du client potentiel et SAP. Identifier les opportunites de vente au moyen du demarchage direct, du suivi des clients potentiels, du reseautage et des relations partenaires. Gerer le processus de vente via la qualification, l'analyse des besoins, la demonstration des produits, la negociation et la conclusion de la vente. Tenir un nombre raisonnable de reunions hebdomadaires en face a face avec les nouveaux clients potentiels. Travailler en collaboration avec l'equipe d'avant-vente lorsqu'un support technique ou produit est necessaire. Savoir presenter les solutions SAP aux clients potentiels qualifies. Posseder et maintenir un niveau eleve de connaissance des produits et services SAP. Posseder et maintenir une comprehension du territoire, du marche, des offres concurrentielles et des autres enjeux lies au poste. Gerer le temps et le territoire de maniere efficace pour optimiser les resultats.
