About the Role

We're hiring a

Solution Consulting Manager

to lead the delivery of Improvado's Professional Services projects. This is a hands-on role. Your main focus will be guiding clients through onboarding and implementation of our data product:

You will act as a technical consultant for clients, explaining product capabilities, validating marketing use cases, connecting data sources and data schemas, and ensuring everything is structured correctly for reporting, including marketing dashboards. You'll manage custom implementations end-to-end and take ownership of the technical side -- especially around data modelling, decomposing work into appropriate tasks and handover to analytics with ongoing technical supervision and proper UAT.

What You'll Do

Lead full-cycle client implementations and manage multiple projects at once Work directly with client data, validating SQL models and database structures Turn messy marketing data into scalable, analytics-ready datasets Run client meetings, set expectations, and drive delivery at a high standard Own project plans, scope, timelines, and communication Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support to ensure smooth execution

About You

Experience with marketing data or BI tools Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and analytical schema design 3+ years in client-facing technical roles (Project Lead, Sales Engineer, TAM, etc.) Able to run complex projects independently and keep multiple priorities under control Comfortable leading conversations with clients at all levels Strong SQL skills -- confident with querying, validating, and troubleshooting data Technically hands-on -- not just coordination, but willingness to deep-dive to data work and understand the full picture
