The candidate must have the following qualifications to be retained for an internal process:Required : * Solutions architect with at least 08 years of experience as a solutions architect Bilingual

• Expert knowledge in the techniques to produce designs of complex systems, including requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection, and design configuration with focus on:

• Voice Of the Customer (important asset)
• Marketing Automation (important asset)
• CRM - Customer Relationship Management
• Marketing Operations
• Marketing & Client Experience
• Client Acquisition
• CRM - Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of the Dynamics CRM data model (Marketing Customer Insights, CDP, Dataverse, Sales, etc.)
• Participation in the implementation of Dynamics CRM Marketing CDP and CI in a context of data mapping, migrations and data integrations
• Delivery architecture (environments) Dynamics (Asset).

• Experience with architecture of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications with focus on adapting business processes to limit customization and leveraging out-of-the-box integration via APIs. Focus on SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings.
• Experience in application Integration, API development and management.
• Experience in information architecture, data integration, data mapping to provide the means of application integration by considering the target as well as the source.
• Knowledge of User Experience Analysis.
• Experienced with Business Modelling.
• Experience in the definition, creation, and management of reference architectures.
