Our client (Public sector Healthcare) is currently looking for one Solution Architect resource to support a number of back-office applications. Responsibilities will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and technology driven environment. Proven experience and skills in effective communication, leadership, problem solving, documentation standards, and a rigor for change management and quality control are also required. The Solution Architect will report to the Program Manager for AIMS legacy support which includes approximately 80 applications/services.Duties & Responsibilities
The successful Resource(s) will undertake the subsequent tasks and responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:

• Demonstrated Experience as Enterprise Solution Architect, leading detailed assessment and responsible for development of an implementation plan for remediation activities
• Leads requirements analysis, solution architecture, and implementation
• Participates in solution architecture and technical design reviews
• Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience of technical assessment of current state architecture, documentation of risks and identification of opportunities to mitigate risks
• Demonstrated Experience designing and implementing privacy and security measures
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and cyber security requirements
• Aligns solutions along current architectural guidelines; challenges existing guidelines when better solutions exists
• Collaborates with team members and subject matter experts

Mandatory Qualifications
The individual must have the following Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• 2 years experience working with public sector organizations (Healthcare);
• 5 years experience in developing application, information and/or technology architectures;
• 5 Years experience participating in vendor assessments and creating solution options;
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with TOGAF, Zachman or comparable architecture frameworks; and
• Experience acting as a lead IT architect and leading teams.

Desired Qualifications
The ideal Resource will have the following qualifications and have experience fulfilling the following job requirements.

• Good understanding of Cloud computing concepts and services (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services);
• Proven experience in the provision of end-to-end architectural solutions for systems and services ;
• Experience as solution lead on projects responsible for solution architecture and designs;
• Proven experience in development of Architecture Strategies, including strategies related to Cloud ;
• Proven experience with integration systems with enterprise systems ;
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, project management, and expert advice on the change management process (people, tools and technology);
• Demonstrated experience planning & implementing solution architecture, secure data provisioning using Role Based Access methodology, and Enterprise Data Governance;
• Experience in developing a strategic Enterprise Information Architecture (Platform) to enable the organization to achieve "continuing improvement" that accommodates emerging tools,

technologies, standards, and methodologies;

• Demonstrated experience updating and re-platforming legacy enterprise systems to modern supported platforms;
• In-depth understanding of off-the-shelf software, common hardware and security; and
• Sound knowledge of large-scale application, computing, networking, middleware and data standards and best practice industry trends in their application.
