In this role you will support senior counsel across a varied solicitors practice that includes all aspects of corporate commercial, wills & estates, and real estate law. You will analyze, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements as well as provide support for complex wills & estates and real estate matters. Along with access to that interesting file load, you will find a collaborative environment with engaged lawyers happy to provide mentorship and assistance.THE REQUIREMENTS

• Be a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• 5 years or more of solicitor experience
• Team-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients grow their business
• Must possess at least a partial book of portable business
