We are seeking skilled and dedicated Solar Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in electrical systems, with a focus on solar energy installations. This role involves working with various tools to install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
Install solar panels and associated equipment on residential and commercial properties.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on solar energy systems.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for installation tasks.
Perform rigging operations to ensure safe lifting and placement of solar components.
Troubleshoot electrical issues related to low voltage systems.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in installation or maintenance roles.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
