driven, energetic, and ethical sales professionals

to join our growing retail team! You'll be the face of our brand, helping homeowners take the first step toward clean, cost-saving solar solutions -- all from the convenience of their local Home Depot.

What You'll Do:

Represent Firefly Solar as a trusted Local Pro partner within a retail environment. Engage with customers in-store to generate interest in solar solutions. Qualify leads and book free in-home or virtual solar consultations. Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar and our seamless installation process. Work closely with our experienced sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable standing, walking, and engaging customers for extended periods. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus -- but not required.
