Metric Innovative Solutions (MIS) is expanding our sales team and seeking a proven Solar Sales Closer. We are looking for someone who knows how to turn qualified leads into signed contracts and can lead a small team of setters toward sales success.
Our technical team provides the full engineering and technical foundation behind solar projects from system design to installation support. We are looking for a motivated sales professional ready to capitalize on a growing demand for clean energy across Canada.
What You'll Do
Close high-quality solar sales leads generated by setters and marketing campaigns.
Manage and mentor a team of solar lead setters.
Lead and train a team of sales people to set appointments for solar sales.
Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with homeowners or business owners.
Present customized solar energy proposals and secure contracts.
Maintain CRM records and follow a structured sales process to maximize close rates.
Collaborate with MIS engineers.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience closing solar sales
.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from presentation to signed contract.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
Full-time availability required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead or build a team of setters.
Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and performance-based income.
Compensation
This is a
100% commission-based position
. This is ideal for closers who thrive on performance and want to control their earnings.
Commission rate per project is
highly competitive
