We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented
Client Care Specialist
to join our Esthetics clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued, informed, and comfortable throughout their experience. This role involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, assisting with inquiries, and supporting clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction and Support
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at the clinic.
Provide detailed information about the clinic's services, treatments, and products.
Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Address and resolve client concerns or escalate issues as necessary.
Appointment Coordination
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the clinic's database.
Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for upcoming appointments or post-treatment care.
Operational Support
Assist in managing the clinic's daily workflow and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for all client transactions.
Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate with the team to restock as needed.
Client Education and Retention
Educate clients on available treatments, pre- and post-treatment care, and products to enhance their results.
Promote clinic memberships, packages, and loyalty programs to enhance client retention.
Collect and analyze client feedback to recommend improvements in the client experience.
Compliance and Professionalism
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding client information.
Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Stay updated on the latest aesthetics treatments, products, and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a spa, aesthetics clinic, or healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using appointment scheduling software and basic office applications.
Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and empathy.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or aesthetics are a plus.
Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry preferred, 2 years
