Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team and provide exceptional therapy sessions to our patients. Full training in SoftWave Therapy will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Administer SoftWave Therapy sessions according to established protocols Explain treatment benefits and expected outcomes to patients Record accurate treatment notes and monitor progress Maintain equipment and treatment area Collaborate with chiropractors and team members to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related health/rehabilitation field Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury recovery principles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-focused care
