Responsibilities

Design and develop test plans, test cases, and tests from documentation for VLT system Design and develop tests suitable for various stages of the software lifecycle Executing tests Record, report, and track defects to accurately depict the status of the product Secure, organize, and maintain the test laboratory and tools in good working order Assist in coordinating, preparing, and presenting software products to customers Train and coordinate the work of junior resources Participates in project meetings and meetings with customers Participates in inspections and reviews Collaborate with other teams and disciplines Identify, escalate and mitigate risks related to software quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, College Diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience 5+ years' experience in software testing, test planning, and test case design Previous experience leading a team Experience in integration, functional, regression, acceptance testing Experience with REST API testing Experience of Kubernetes, docker, EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) Experience of SQL to independently create database queries Experience with software test design, planning and execution Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, XRay or similar Knowledge of the Linux Operating System Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XPath. Ability to analyze web pages. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitHub to integrate automated testing into the development pipeline. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, testing processes, and agile development processes.
