Identify and automate opportunities within software processes.TalentWorld is recruiting a Software Test Automation Developer in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.Responsibilities
Develop and execute QA tests using automated scripts.
Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to troubleshoot and find solutions.
Provide expert advice on testing strategy, plans, and tool selection.
Plan and organize testing for large systems in GUI and non-GUI environments.
Utilize Cloud technology, Agile, and DEVOPS methodologies.
Run automated tests for databases, systems, networks, applications, hardware, and software.
Document bugs and quality issues, installing relevant applications and databases.
Gather requirements from end-users for effective automation solutions.
Contribute as a team player, meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
Execute functional and non-functional tests, support UAT activities.
Demonstrate expertise in AODA testing, integration testing, load testing, and performance testing.
Use automated testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium, UFT, Load Runner 12.5, ReadyAPI.
Code automated test scripts, applying knowledge in at least one programming language.
Conduct AODA Compliance Audits, plan and organize testing for large and small systems.
Apply technical skills in Waterfall, Agile, and DEVOPS methodologies.
Exhibit expertise in Cloud technology, Microsoft Azure, and AODA Compliance Audit tools.
Demonstrate familiarity with various technologies and databases.
Showcase soft skills including analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in identifying automation opportunities and executing QA tests.
Expertise in Cloud technology, Agile, and DEVOPS methodologies.
Proven track record in automated testing for databases, systems, and applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to document bugs and quality issues.
Proficient in installing applications and databases for automation.
7+ years of experience in planning and implementing testing efforts for large systems.
Extensive knowledge of automated testing tools like Katalon, Selenium, UFT, Load Runner, ReadyAPI.
Proficient in at least one programming language.
Familiarity with AODA Compliance Audits and related regulations.
Technical skills in Waterfall, Agile, DEVOPS, and Cloud technology.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships.
Employment Details

Salary: $65.00HR - $70.00HR
Benefits: 37.5 Hours Weekly, Contract, Hybrid
Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
Other: 12 months contract, possibility of extension
