As a result of the increased demand for our SmartSuite product offering, we're seeking a Software Project Manager that will oversee the integration and upgrades of our product to new and existing customers within the airline industry.

Responsibilities:

Communication:

Managing the

clients' expectations

and communicating needs to the project team Managing

scope

internally (within project team) and externally (with client)

Financial responsibility

on projects between $100k and $2M Managing

resource

assignments and utilization for all assigned resources Creation and management of project

schedules

Ensure harmonious working relationships with key partners Identify

risks/roadblocks

and work with the teams to mitigate them for successful completion of the project Ensure

quality

of the end solution through implementation of our standard project and development process
Qualifications Required:
University Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field of study (Computer science, Engineering or related fields) 3+ years' experience in a Project Management role in Software/IT projects Experience/exposure to the following technologies: C#, .NET, SQL Server, Network Design, Virtualized Environments and Microsoft Azure/Cloud Computing Experience implementing real time software solutions in a critical operational capacity Must be customer focused and action oriented Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Proven success working with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment This position does require travel up to 30% Experience in transportation and logistics industry
