THE POSITION


Overview





As part of the Product Team, the Gaming Applications Software Product Manager is responsible for producing detailed technical specifications that guide the development team in building the core functionality, design, and user experience of our gaming applications. This role demands a deep understanding of iOS app fundamentals, including functionality and the Apple App Store submission process.



Working closely with the Director of Product and collaborating across business verticals, the Software Product Manager must be skilled in creating scope documents, wireframes, and intuitive user experiences, with a thorough grasp of the complete mobile app development lifecycle. This role is not only a champion for the end user but also a key enabler of engaging and compliant user experiences. Success requires both creativity and an understanding of the regulatory landscape to ensure full technical compliance.



Ideally, we are seeking an experienced app developer who has evolved into an end-to-end app product manager--someone who possesses in-depth knowledge of iOS capabilities and can clearly

communicate their vision to both senior leadership and technical teams. The ultimate goal is to design and deliver industry-leading online gaming applications in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.



These apps must strike a unique balance: part Vegas lights, part online banking--delivering thrilling gaming experiences backed by robust money management functionality.


Responsibilities




Design and deliver industry-leading mobile applications for the real-money online casino gaming space. Drive the end-to-end product management process for iOS and Android apps--from initial concept to App Store and Google Play submission. Develop comprehensive business and technical specification documents to guide development of the apps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business verticals to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on market trends and best-in-class user experience practices. Research emerging technologies and trends to uncover innovative solutions to existing challenges. Gain and apply a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including responsible gaming practices, across various jurisdictions, where the business operates. Act as the voice of the end user, championing intuitive, engaging, and robust user experiences. Coordinate closely with the development team to align on priorities and monitor the implementation of key product features. Maintain clear, timely communication with stakeholders regarding development progress and upcoming releases. Partner with developers to deliver high-quality app updates on schedule. Ensure all app features and functionality comply with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, as well as industry-specific regulatory standards.



Education & Certification/License Credentials




Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study and/or equivalent work experience

Functional Competencies - Skills, Knowledge, & Experience




5+ years of experience in mobile product management, ideally within online gaming, gambling, or fintech. Strong knowledge of iOS development fundamentals and the Apple App Store submission process. Proven ability to write clear and actionable technical specifications for development teams. Background in mobile app development (iOS) strongly preferred. Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Managing product roadmaps and backlogs. Passion for mobile technology, gaming, and innovation
