Tasks
---------Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
