Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Leads to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of complex software solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. This role requires a strong background in Guidewire App Suite. The Software Engineering Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy and driving continuous improvement across projects.

Responsibilities

Collect and document user's requirements Coordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of computer-based systems Define system functionality Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs Prepare plan to maintain software Research technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems Upgrade and maintain software Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software and other embedded software control systems JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests

Computer and technology knowledge

Agile XML Technology (XSL,XSD,DTD) Java JavaScript JSP .NET XML MS Excel MS Outlook MS SQL Server

Area of work experience

Prior experience in Insurance Suites like Guidewire Configuration or Duck Creek Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Software development and Testing, Strong design, development, modification and deployment skills, including object-oriented programming concepts. Java, JavaScript, .NET, JSON, jQuery, ASP, and SQL server Experience with Agile methodology
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55.29 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
