Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, end?to?end solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite.
Translate business and marketing requirements into well?architected technical solutions.
Partner with solution architects and stakeholders on CRM customizations and cross?cloud integrations.
Develop and maintain personalization and automation features using AMPscript and Guide Template Language (GTL).
Build and optimize CloudPages (landing pages, forms, microsites) with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript.
Write and fine?tune SQL queries for segmentation, targeting, and data extraction, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs to enable synchronization and automation.
Document technical processes, data flows, and automation procedures for consistency and scalability.
Use Marketing Cloud reporting and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Deliver dashboards and reports to stakeholders, driving data?driven decision?making.
Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and best practices, proactively recommending improvements.
Ideal Candidate
7+ years of hands?on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Bonus: 1+ years of experience with Braze.
Deep expertise in AMPscript and JavaScript (top priority).
Strong knowledge of SFMC modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Social Studio.
Skilled in HTML and CSS, especially for email and landing page design.
Experience building and managing automated journeys and behavioral triggers.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a test?and?learn approach.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast?paced environment.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82000 - $118000 Yearly
