Qualifications:
3-8+ years of hands-on experience on a development team. Proficient in Java and eager to adopt new technologies. Experienced with built and shipped reliable, high-performance REST APIs. Experienced in database and query performance (bonus if you've worked with Snowflake). Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and proven track record working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Skilled craftsmanship--code reviews, automated testing, micro-services, and continuous delivery are second nature. Has experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms). Comfortable owning services end-to-end, including on-call and direct client interaction. Fast learner, inquisitive, and balances confidence with humility. Leads with proactivity, transparency, accountability, and strong communication. Helps shape a positive, inclusive team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with large-scale email processing and tracking. Expertise in serverless, queuing, and streaming architectures. A background in the finance industry. Proven skills with AWS Lambda, ECS, SQS, Kinesis, Kafka, SendGrid, Postfix, and Terraform.
