Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will have the opportunity to take raw business requirements and translate them into the design of a brand new SaaS business application.


  • Work with the product team to design technical solutions to delight our customers
  • Write high-quality code and higher-quality tests
  • Participate in planning, grooming, estimation and delivery of features
  • Sustain and enhance code quality and re-use through team-wide PR reviews and discussions
  • Own your product in production through CICD and DevOps practices

You'll also have an opportunity to work with the engineering and product team on crafting solutions for business requirements and plan iterations and releases. You'll be working across the whole application stack depending on where you're needed most and can have the most impact. Some days you'll be building GraphQL services using Appsync and NodeJS Typescript or writing Lambdas and Step Functions in AWS for data analysis or using CDK to help evolve our infrastructure as a coding platform, or doing POCs on new features using the latest and greatest from AWS.ments and plan iterations and releases.
About You

  • You have 3+ years of experience working on production scale SaaS applications in a variety of languages
  • You have experience working in the cloud: Preferably in AWS
  • You enjoy solving significant challenges with a great team
  • You learn constantly
  • You enjoy working with small and cohesive teams
  • You're comfortable sharing your knowledge and skills with teammates as well as asking for help when you need it
  • You like building web apps and the back-end infrastructure that makes them tick
  • You want to help build a new product from scratch
  • You're independent and can work from your home office effectively
  • Must be Eligible to work in Canada
