About the Role

We're building both a product and a technology, and we always prioritize acting in a customer-centric way. In this role, you'll be presented with challenging technical problems, as Persona's product needs are increasingly complex as we balance the ever-changing compliance requirements of our customer base, ranging from small startups to Fortune 10 companies. You'll build reliable products and seamless user experiences that will contribute directly to the long-term quality of the Persona product.

This is a permanent full-time position - working 40 hours per week.

What you'll do at Persona

Design, build, and ship foundational aspects of the identity platform Create innovative solutions that will help fight fraud and delight customers Work directly with customers to build product features Handle all different types of scale - from helping a new start up automate their manual processes to supporting enterprises with their Super Bowl Sunday scale

What you'll bring to Persona

Experience

3+ years of experience as a software engineer Experience with our tech stack: React, Ruby on Rails, Kubernetes, Google Cloud (GCP), MySQL, MongoDB

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
