You will be working on a myriad of analytics related to a data product that provides ML insights to AutoCAD users. We help those teams with all their internal and customer-facing Analytics needs by way of instrumentation, experimentation, reporting, analysis, in-product analytics and machine learning. We are looking for a Software Developer a passion for data analysis and who is eager to help us bring data-driven thinking in product engineering practices.You will report to Manager of Software Development based in Toronto. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto. Autodesk supports FLEX working model.Have a sneak peek into the innovation we are working on:ResponsibilitiesBuild data access platform for data scientists and analystsDevelop large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics by using data mining toolsWrite processes to ingest, transform and distribute data into our internal applicationsBuild and scale data infrastructure that powers batch and real-time data processing of billions of records dailyInterface with data scientists, analysts, product managers and all data stakeholders to understand their needs and promote best practicesArchitect data pipelines that provide fast, optimized, and robust end-to-end solutionsDrive and maintain a culture of quality, innovation and experimentationWork in an Agile environment that focuses on collaboration and teamworkMinimum QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of professional experienceStrong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScriptGood understanding of Node.js, V8 and PythonStrong experience with databases (RDBMS, MongoDB, DynamoDB)Preferred knowledge of SQLExperience with big data environments such as Athena, BigQuery, Snowflake, Hadoop (Hive, Spark)Experience with large-scale data solutions (AWS), including understanding of services such as Kinesis, Lambda, and MSK (Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka)Knowledge of automation/configuration management/enterprise schedulers, with proficiency in SIT (System Integration Testing) and load testingExperience with system monitoring, alerting, and dashboardingProduction-level coding experienceFamiliarity with graph databases (nice to have)Learn MoreAbout Autodesk
