Software Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 PBX @ WAZO
Who We Are WAZO is the Unified Communications platform specifically built for MSPs allowing them to manage and own their own platform, their customer and their strategy. We provide both off-the-shelf solutions and APIs that will enable our partners to stand out from the competition by creating a unique UC/UCaaS offer for their customers. We offer multi-tenant enterprise grade solutions based on our open-source platform, providing both a cloud native API-first UCaaS Platform and an all in one turnkey UC solution. Summary As Software Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 PBX you will work with the Wazo engineering team and other stakeholders to develop Wazo API-first communication platform and applications.
- Develop, implement, and improve the various functionalities of our PBX platform
- Optimize the architecture and performance of our products
- Collaborate with engineers on the team
- Contribute to the development of open-source libraries.
- Write and automate unit and functional tests.
- Participate in the improvement of our Agile development methodology.
- Contribute to the development of the feature in close collaboration with our Product Owners.
- Contribute and support the development of our open source community
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C
- Experience working with Asterisk or Freeswitch like PBX
- Experience working with real-time application and/or highly concurrent systems
- Experience resolving Packet Loss Concealment problems is a plus
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Sharing: Enjoy collaborating on open-source projects
- Curiosity: Habit of staying up to date with new practices and technologies
- Willingness to contribute to open source projects
- French or English proficiencies, both is a plus
