The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying high-quality Power Apps on a global scale. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and enhance our Power App platform and ensure its stability, scalability, and security. They are a subject matter expert and provides leadership when it comes to the design of technology solutions for business processes and problems. Guide the effective use of solutions and designs to achieve business outcomes in alignment with requirements and the overall Technology strategy, standards. Provide solution design and recommendations, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and support delivery of projects to achieve desired outcomes.Core Accountabilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Power Apps on a global scale.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for the development of Power Apps.
  • Design, develop and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Power Apps, REACT, Liquid and TailWind.
  • Build reusable components and libraries for future use in the Power Apps.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
  • Lead platform technical delivery from design to launch.
  • Design solutions that effectively address both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Clearly articulate complex technical solutions to key business stakeholders.
  • Works occasionally as a mentor for the other team member providing guidance for best software practices and improving team collaboration.
  • Implements software that is highly scalable and highly available, as well as following guidelines to develop secure code and adhere to security best practices.
  • Actively participate in Pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimating, planning, resourcing, and presenting.
  • Working with the project manager to support the technical aspects of project delivery including planning, estimating, quality, change and risk management.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with the Power App platform and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Power App development space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and manage appropriate customer expectations when defining solutions
  • Work with peers to strive for continuous improvement through establishing and driving best practices and processes.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • University undergraduate degree in Computer Science
  • 5-8+ years software development experience
  • 4+ years of design experience
  • Experience in Power App development with extensive experience in REACT, Liquid, and TailWind.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Power Apps on a global scale.
  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Power Apps, REACT, Liquid and TailWind.
  • Prior experience with Field Services Module and Power Portal.
  • Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps Portals.
  • Experience in building reusable components and libraries for future use in Power Apps.
  • Solid understanding of code quality, security, and scalability best practices.
  • Experience in conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
