Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

OR equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in building and shipping web applications.
2+ years of experience running live sites for large-scale web apps and services.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

OR Master\'s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

OR equivalent experience.

Experience with modern web technologies like React, TypeScript, GraphQL, etc.
Experience with designing, building, and maintaining developer-facing APIs
Competent in solution design, problem solving, debugging and communication skills
Proficient understanding of how web applications work including authentication, cookies, offline storage, and best development practices

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $79,600 - CAD $153,000 per year.
