The Application Development team interfaces with customers and project owners to develop call-flow applications, web applications, custom reports and system integrations. This small team of talented developers require an additional full-time permanent resource to develop applications on customized platforms

You have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) from a top notch university.
3-5 years' experience in either C++ or C# on a Windows platform is a must, as is a strong foundation in object oriented design and software architecture.
Must be able and willing to learn new technologies, and to keep up with current industry trends.
Exceptional communications skills, attitude, and ability to work under minimal supervision are essential.

Silverlight, ASP.NET, LINQ, SQL Server
SQL Server reporting, Skype/Teams architecture/deployment
STL, COM
Windows Service development, Windows Installer
Multithreaded programming
SIP
PowerShell
Test Driven Development
