Are you interested in maintaining and improving the quality of 3D modeling applications used by designers globally? Vectorworks develops leading software products for Architects, Landscape Architects and Entertainment designers in over 100 countries worldwide.

You will contribute to a range of upcoming projects and new features impacting all of our CAD product offerings. You will work directly with various subsystems and build features for both Mac and Windows platforms.

Our Architectural Features Team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining specialized functionality tailored to the needs of architecture professionals. With deep expertise in geometric algorithms and architectural workflows, the team plays a pivotal role in advancing the capabilities of our Architect product.

During this role you will:

Demonstrate excellent requirements gathering skills. Craft polished, well-thought-out designs. Accurately estimate, schedule, and track projects. Implement high-quality solutions. Serve as a professional role model and technical resource. Show initiative and tenacity. Contribute independently and proactively to our quality and testing efforts.

Here is what success looks like:

5+ years of experience with C++ and working across different operating systems. Familiarity with the C++ standard template libraries. Prior experience working with large codebases. Experience with Visual Studio, Xcode, and CPU/Memory profiling tools. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems. Background in math. Knowledge of geometric algorithms. Excellent problem analysis and communication skills, particularly in remote work settings.

Compensation:

Annual base salary of

130,000-140,000 USD

. Eligible for company performance bonuses.
