As a Software Engineer (Developer Analyst) in Analytics & Insights team, the successful candidate will be responsible for internal RAN tool development leveraging ML and AI techniques.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop new features and optimize the code base for existing in-house tools used by RAN network engineering.
  • Develop and automate reports, iteratively build, and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
  • Develop tools to leverage different datasets, on-prem and from cloud to enable RAN engineering teams drive insights.
  • Apply an analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new ways to innovate with data.
  • Lead the iterative development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models.
  • Collaborate on end-to-end automation efforts required to bring models to production.
  • Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that provide insights to the organization.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of development experience within telecommunications or related domain.
Technical skills
  • Solid development experience with Python, R, JavaScript and C#.
  • Experince using various data science libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy as well as frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and AI, including classification, clustering, time series analysis, NLP and demand forecasting.
  • Experience with agile methodology, code review process and version control.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Apache Spark.
  • Experinece with business intelligence softwares e.g., PowerBi , Tableau ( any experience on D3 is a plus).
  • Familiar with cloud technology (Azure, Databricks).
  • Strong aptitude for research and data analysis.
