Description & RequirementsWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Java Developer to join our growing Workforce Management organization. Infor Workforce Management is a powerful scheduling solution that focuses on employee scheduling and time and attendance tracking, serving a Fortune 500 client portfolio. The Associate Software Engineer will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team composed of business analysts, developers, architects, product owners and quality assurance analysts delivering a portfolio of world-class products.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Working as part of a dynamic Agile team to develop and deliver our enterprise scheduling solution.
• Collaborating with designers and UI developers to bring the designs to life.
• Learning functional and technical details of the product.
• Improving software performance, scalability, stability, and usability.
• Technically reviewing and functionally testing the work of other team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in full stack software development.
• Programming experience in Java, Kotlin, and SQL.
• Experience using Typescript.
• Knowledge of object-oriented development practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Spring.
• Experience with Angular or similar technologies is a plus.
• Experience with version management tools such as Github.
• Experience using Docker.
• Prior exposure to the full software development lifecycle, from design through maintenance.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
