Position Summary

We're seeking a hands-on

Development Manager

with strong full-stack engineering experience and proven leadership ability. You'll lead a team of developers, manage priorities, and drive the successful delivery of high-impact projects--from UI design to backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack software engineers Oversee the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration Align engineering efforts with product and business goals Manage project timelines, code quality, and team performance Support architectural decisions, including microservices and infrastructure design Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience

2+ years in a leadership or management role

3+ years of experience with ReactJS

3+ years working with relational and/or non-relational databases

2+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK preferred)

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

Nice to Have

Experience with UX/UI design principles Exposure to AI/ML systems and data-driven product development Familiarity with business analytics tools Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
