• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate plus 7 years of relevant experience
• Passion for leading teams of people with a commitment to engineering excellence
• A career that includes building software using modern web or cloud-based technologies
• A desire to learn but also teach and being on a team that values diversity of thought and experience. We want you to bring your whole self to your new role at TD!
• Understanding of the agile development process
• Strong communication skills to proactively communicate learnings, status, and risks within your team

About This Role

We are looking for someone to manage and lead a team of ambitious technology professionals as they deliver a wide range of application or system solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to provide technical guidance and leadership beyond your immediate team.

What will your day-to-day be like?
You will design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software in an agile environment for our Wealth Business - trading applications built for web, mobile, and desktop, RESTful API's, and supporting tools. You'll have industry leading products and development tools at your fingertips to ensure you have what you need to be successful. We are constantly evolving our engineering practice to adopt new cloud-based products and employ state of the art architectural principles. So, what does a day at TD Wealth Technology feel like?
