Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Understanding and review of requirements, translation into possible software designs, as well as contributing to design reviews.\xc2\xb7 Coding in a variety of technologies (including Scala, JAVA, .NET, R, Python) for development of data intensive infrastructure and tools.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Analytic Stores like Spark, Ignite, Hazelcast, Redis, \xe2\x80\xa6\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with application and product management teams on understanding future use cases of this real time infrastructure, incorporation of these changing requirements into updated designs.\xc2\xb7 Deployment, maintenance, and identification of areas of improvement in deployed infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Definition of KPI and benchmarking of deployed infrastructure, publishing of KPI results to user base of infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Grow by improving skills and learning new ones, develop strengths, talents, and expertise Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Minimum five years of experience with Software development\xc2\xb7 Minimum five years of experience with Spark / Scala / Ignite\xc2\xb7 Experience with IT activities like server configuration\xc2\xb7 Experience with databases like Oracle and Cassandra\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in both a collaborative team-oriented environment and remote-independent environment\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and great organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Fast learner and ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communications skillsPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\xc2\xb7 Experience in semiconductor industry, understanding of wafer flows and basic manufacturing steps.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with workflows (Elsa, Airflow, \xe2\x80\xa6)\xc2\xb7 Experience with SEMI standardsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, related engineering degree, or proven industry experience.\xc2\xb7 Five years of experience developing software or components for Windows and Linux operating systems, ideally in real time systems, in a team development environment Pay Range: CAD $120,000.00 - CAD $160,000.00 /Yr.
