• Candidate needs to be in office- 2 days in a week
• Must have:

• 5+ years experience with developing large-scale business applications using Client Azure and .NET Technologies (most important)
• 5+ years experience with Agile delivery methodologies (i.e. Scrum) (most important)
• 5+ years experience with developing and documenting Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Developing source code based on specifications in Client .NET environment
• Creating documentation for technical staff related to designing and developing APIs and Web applications

The Services and Deliverables to be provided by the Vendor will include the following:
\xc2\xb7 Web User Interface

• o Fully commented and functional user interface code for web-based solutions
• o Unit test code
• o Test code for automated UI tests

\xc2\xb7 Application Programing Interfaces (API)

• o Exposing data via APIs
• o Instructions for developers on how to effectively use and integrate the API.

\xc2\xb7 Backend Development

• o Code that allows a database and an application to communicate with one another

\xc2\xb7 Source Code based on specifications
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge Transfer Sessions and documentation for technical staff related to designing and implementing the above stated Web User Interface

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years experience with developing large-scale business applications
• 5+ years experience with Agile delivery methodologies (i.e. Scrum)
• 5+ years experience with developing and documenting Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
• Knowledge of Ontario Digital Services
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Solid business acumen, ability to dialogue with Business teams/leadership to understand their priorities/goals, with intense focus on delivering Business value
