The Role

You are a Software Developer that is capable of broader solution designing, working on and leading software implementations, as well as maintenance of core server side software products. You can expect to evaluate technologies, recommend solutions, and plan for enterprise scalability, performance and optimization. You are someone that will blaze the path for innovation with Weave, our Order Management and Control Solution to manage the movement of Robots and fulfill orders.

Who you are

• 5+ years of hands-on C# software development in a commercial product environment
• Computer Science or Software Engineering Degree
• Experience with Entity Framework, T-SQL and logging frameworks
• Azure DevOps / Visual Studio 2022 experience an asset
• Experience developing Windows Desktop applications using WPF an asset
• Familiarity or experience with control systems an asset
• Experience with .NET Hosted services and gRPC communications an asset
• Demonstrated thirst for learning, constantly challenging oneself and keeping skills current

What we need

• Works within a team to design and develop complex software applications that integrate into a system solution
• Performs software design, coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
• Works closely with the Product team on requirements, and the QA and System Testing teams on delivered software and documentation
• Contribute to and follow coding standards and development practices and actively participate in in peer reviews.
• Design and implement code solutions to increase system optimization, maintainability, scalability, security, testability, and stability
