The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying high-quality Power Apps on a global scale. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and enhance our D365 platform and ensure its stability, scalability, and security. He/She is a subject matter expert and provides leadership when it comes to the design of technology solutions for business processes and problems. Guide the effective use of solutions and designs in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with requirements and the overall Technology strategy, standards. Provide solution design and recommendations, Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and support delivery of projects to acheive desired outcomesThis is a Full Time Remote role based in either Ontario or British Columbia.Core Accountabilities:

  • Provides application delivery by the following, but not limited to the following:
  • Works closely with the Manager of Applications, Architect, Application Tester, Business Analyst and Product Owner/Stakeholder for the understanding of the functional and system requirements.
  • Develops and modifies application modules based on functional and systems requirements.
  • Participates in unit testing, system testing, and other system release tasks as required.
  • Participate, or oversee certain aspects of project life cycle as assigned by managers or project managers, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, and implementation phases for projects within solution area.
  • Provides on-going daily support to a portfolio of Applications that are mission critical to LifeLabs\' Operations to ensure their stability, availability, integrity, and scalability.
  • Delivers professional, customer focused and high performing support services in line with agree service scope and service levels.
  • Provides process championship by upholding SDLC standards, and supporting Change Management, Release Management, and Project Management disciplines.
  • Mentors, trains, and develops other team members on system development within the application suites
Qualification and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivilant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of previous programming experience, including (but limited to) REACT, Liquid, TailWind, MS Dynamics 365, MS Field Services, Power Pages, Power Automation, Angular, Azure
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to make independent judgements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a high level of teamwork skills and ability to share ideas and solution to meet software solution and business process challenges
  • Foundational understanding of SAAS experience, with basic understanding of the SOLID development principles
