Job Title: Software Developer
Work Arrangement
Onsite - 5 days/week
Hours: 7.25 hours/day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding lunch)
Role Summary
The Software Developer will be responsible for translating technical specifications into working, tested applications. The role focuses on Siebel development, Oracle E-Business customization, integrations, reporting, and enterprise application support within large, structured environments.
Key Responsibilities
Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications
Develop detailed programming specifications
Write, generate, and maintain application code
Compile data-driven programs and conduct unit testing
Design, code, test, debug, and document applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, conversion, and migration
Support application design, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Participate in design walkthroughs and provide system and user documentation
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across the SDLC
Provide technical guidance and ensure quality from a development perspective

Core Development Experience
Strong experience in programming and systems analysis
Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with structured development methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
Siebel Development (Primary - 40%)
10+ years experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration
5+ years experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related platforms
5+ years experience with Siebel EIM / EAI
3+ years experience with Siebel IP18
Experience with:
Assignment Manager

Applets, Views, Screens
Siebel Business Layer objects
Experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel Web Templates, and Siebel Open UI
Knowledge of Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model, OOTB file structures)
Experience with Siebel UI integrations and migration applications
Experience administering Siebel Approval Manager
Siebel 8.x or higher certification
Oracle & ERP Development (Additional Skills)
Experience conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business Suite customizations
Strong experience with Accounts Receivable / Collections modules
