Description

Scope of Automation:

Updates to the online intake form to support new multi-service offerings and improve user experience. Enhancement of Helix intake templates, ensuring they are updated to reflect the implementation of new services. Development of automations to facilitate online agreements and backend workflow processes, optimizing administrative tasks.

Planned Automation Activities

Completion of ongoing automation activities to support the implementation of new service offerings via the intake process. Execution of additional automation tasks related to Ontario Health provincial service automation, including eReferral integration with ONE ID, eConsult and EMR additional services. Integration of Helix to provide a customer dashboard and online agreements, leveraging data collected from intake tickets. Automation of oAuth client profiles, aimed at eliminating manual data entry and further improving workflow efficiency.

Must haves:

Strong experience with Remedy ARS Development, 8 years+ Strong experience with backend data and features of BMC ITSM v9+, 8 years+ Strong experience in code review and unit testing, 8 years+ Experience mapping business requirements into functional specifications, 8 years+ Experience designing and building of custom data-driven solutions, 8 years+ Familiarity with SQL, 2 years+ Report development - Smart Reporting and SSRS, 2 years+

Responsibilities:

Review with stakeholder provided business requirements and get clarifications wherever needed Design solution and do design walkthrough with in-house developers before implementing Build approved solution in lower environments Unit Test solution Support stakeholders through validation and testing phase Document solution and promotion instructions

Desired Skills:

Experience with Remedy integration options, including Web Services, 4 year+ A team player with a track record for meeting aggressive deadlines; strong relationship building, facilitation and influencing skills to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of privacy policies and security principles Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues Ability to provide user and system documentation as required

Knowledge Transfer Details:

The Candidate will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement. The candidate must provide design, development, and migration related documentation as part of Knowledge transfer. The candidate will consult and collaborate with Ontario Health's Remedy SMEs prior to making any important design and build decisions. The candidate will conduct code/configuration review with Ontario Health Remedy SMEs for any code/configuration built by the candidate. All code, configuration, and documentation built by the candidate as part of this engagement is considered Ontario Health material. The candidate must complete KT for assigned work packages at the latest two weeks before the end of the contract
